rear spring mounting plate

I started some work on the suspension of my car today, and while changing the rear shocks I noticed that the top plate of the strut assembly has worn out:

Does anybody here have a good spare available?

If you have access to welder this should be an easy fix

The welder and Grinder have to be the best two tools ever invented.
I suspect virtually all XJ40 top mounts will look the same as this. All the ones i have taken apart do anyhow. You can use an X300 version, which are usually not eaten into, but you need a top hat locator Bush too.
The mount part number superseeds to the 300 part on JCP, so they are compatible.

yeah, that's what I'm trying to avoid
I'm useless with a welder, but my father should be able to fix it. Thanks for the advice!
